Shiloh built our home in 2003, and it was great working with them. Dan is very easy-going, and was always attentive to any concerns or issues that may have come up. We love our new house, and we get tons of compliments from neighbors and passers-by.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Dan & Marlene Appel on several projects over the past 10 years. They are very professional and service oriented throughout the process of building beautiful custom homes. They make all their subcontractors better at what they do, just by being part of a well assembled team. They raise the bar when it comes to exceeding their customers expectations by listening to what they are saying “they would like in a home”. From Dan’s continued effort to use the most current and energy efficient building methods to Marlene’s ability to create an interior that is not only warm and comfortable but functions like working household should. They are both experts at what they bring together to make Shiloh Builders a great company to build any size and any style home.
Shiloh built our home in 2008 and we love it. Dan is a quality custom builder with excellent subs and high standards for construction. We spent a significant amount of time planning the new home. The actual build was on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier with the home. I recommend Dan enthusiastically.
Shiloh Builders built our home in 2003. When we needed more space for a growing family I called Dan again and he just completed our second story addition. The job was finished on time and on budget. Remodeling can be stressful; Dan was sensitive to our family’s needs and courteous to our neighbors throughout the project. We are very pleased with the new addition … thanks Dan!!
